I can hardly believe Anatolian Star has already been here for 2 weeks - I just now realized it. AND, Christmas is less than a month away. Yikes!

- Go here to read about why I started this blog. A few details about my life - hmm... Yes, I am of the feminine gender. I'm one of 5 siblings. I liked being homeschooled in a South American country growing up. Being a missionary kid gave me a different perspective on God & Christianity, which I think has (mostly) helped me as I try to follow Jesus. I LOVE reading. I am passionate about horses. Learning how to grow my own food sustainably fascinates me. I like art, and dabble in drawing. I am lousy at baseball, basketball, and bowling, but pretty good at soccer. Telling someone something and seeing them "get it" is uber-cool! Although, I'm having a hard time not talking the ear off a lot of my non-horsey friends. They already are used to me going on & on about all sorts of horsey topics, but now I have TWO to talk about, & they think it's cute, but WHY am I always so fascinated by horses??? One reason I started this blog was to have more people to talk horse to! Very cool to be able to "chat" with all you guys. :-)
