This is just a quickie to let y'all know that I plan to post PICTURES tomorrow! Mira is totally shed out now, and her summer coat is very short and tight and smooth, which has been a real boon for keeping her clean. So it's been a lot easier to get good pics the last few days!
By the way, I really didn't fall off the earth the last week or so - just been crazy busy with work and friends and yardwork and chores and all the other stuff spring always brings. Life is good right now, but I did miss not being able to stay caught up with everybody's blogs... Hopefully things are starting to settle down now!

I liked being homeschooled in a South American country growing up. Being a missionary kid gave me a different perspective on God & Christianity, which I think has (mostly) helped me as I try to follow Jesus. I LOVE reading. I am passionate about horses. Learning how to grow my own food sustainably fascinates me. I like art, and dabble in drawing. I am lousy at baseball, basketball, and bowling, but pretty good at soccer. I'm so jealous! Wish my horses were all shed off but they're not. They're all at the really ugly stage complete with lumps and mats despite my best efforts. I long for the sleak beautiful horses that are hiding under all that junk.
